Your All-Inclusive Retreat Location and Accommodations: Land of BuddhaYou’ll fly into San Jose National Airport (SJC) and head to the beautiful Land of Medicine Buddha in Soquel, California. 

Your retreat is located on 108 acres of ancient redwood groves and sunny oak meadows. Land of Medicine Buddha is a perfect place for the serenity and magic of your transformation to begin. 

Are you ready to get away from distractions and focus on the one person who matters and is ready for transformation…YOU?

Accommodations:

Choose to have a room to yourself, or share a room with one or two retreat sisters. Your room comes with a private bathroom and overlooks beautiful redwood trees.

Meals: 

mealYou retreat is at a Dharma center and home to practicing monks. You will be eating monk style.

Meals are included with your retreat and are simple vegan and vegetarian dishes that nourish and cleanse your body. They include seasonal local produce with mostly organic and Non-GMO ingredients.

Your breakfast will be a healthy, renewing, green shake to alkaline your body and give you energy. Your main meal will be at lunchtime and dinner will consist of a hearty, soothing soup and alkalizing salad.

I am a weight loss specialist and have over 12 fitness certifications. I have studied human behavior as it relates to women struggling with weight and body image for over 15-years.
