Trainings are done through Zoom video platform where I see you and you see me.

Zoom is one of the leaders in online video chat and is a company I’ve been working with for years!

Even if you’ve never used your computer camera, you will be able to do this and training will be a BLAST!

I Knew I Wouldn’t Do It On My Own!

I’m 60 years old and when I was in my 50’s I decided to finally get fit! I knew I wouldn’t do it on my own. I hated group fitness activities and liked working out at home on my own. Would You Like To Do Iyengar Yoga Instead?

You’ll train with Benji Quigley!

Benji started taking Iyengar yoga classes in 2004 to help deal with my chronic pain.

He chose Iyengar yoga because it accommodates people with physical limitations, like his two spinal fusions.

After a few sessions, he noticed he was having less pain and was hooked!

Within a few short months, he started getting significant relief and more mobility in his body. Plus, he noticed a profound positive effect on his mood and attitude.

In 2011, after 6–years of intense yoga practice, he taught his first Iyengar Yoga class and has been training people ever since!

I feel much more positive

I had been dealing with chronic back pain for years and also have been told I have fibromyalgia. After taking a couple serious falls I was getting more concerned with my ability to feel stabile walking or standing. As a result of the previously mentioned issues I was feeling down, or depressed. I also had a sense that my thinking wasn't as sharp as I was used to. I've been training with Benji for two months now and have noticed - I feel a greater sense of stability both walking and standing. I also feel much more positive about my situation and have better overall mental clarity. I do not have any increased back pain, which is important because it allows me to move through the yoga movements feeling comfortable. I would recommend Benji to anyone who - would like to begin a program of increased mobility in a truly safe and protected way that will help not only increase mobility but also increase your ability to move through your day with a brighter outlook

Benji has been my guide and teacher into this realm of Yoga for many years

I am a retired tradesman, surfer, avid paddle boarder, and bike rider, among other less physical things. I am 71 years of age, still bright eyed and bushy tailed if I do say so myself. I started my practice to keep myself in shape for all the things that I love to do. I also realized that as we age so does our strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga seemed like the answer to these realizations. Benji Quigley has been my guide and teacher into this realm of Yoga for many years. Through Benji’s expert teachings I have achieved many of my goals, continuing to learn and work through some physical challenges using the teachings to enhance my life, especially as I age. Benji’s philosophy of teaching is one of achieving self -awareness. I have learned to honor my body and do only what I feel I can do without causing injury. This concept, I feel, is very important and essential in a Yoga practice. Benji has a quiet yet steadfast approach to his Yoga teachings.   • Will train 40 minutes 2 times a week.
  • Can cancel or reschedule within 24hours of your training session.

We will…

  • Train online through a Zoom video conference platform so you can be anywhere in the world.
  • Decide on the best days and times to train that work for you.
  • Do a posture, balance & fitness evaluation so we know how to create your program
