I signed up because I had gestational diabetes so it is especially important that I eat carefully with respect to sugar. Before the detox, I was very frustrated about how much weight I had gained after menopause. My self-esteem was really affected and I didn’t fit into any of my clothes. I have tried many programs that gave me insight but nothing was able to give me the change in my behavior and habits like this program. After the detox, I have released 18 lbs and gone down 2 pants sizes. My closet is now exciting rather than depressing ...I can’t wait to see what will fit me again. I would recommend this program to anyone that needs comprehensive educational information about what healthy eating is and how to do it. Someone who needs accountability and support from Michelle and their peers. It seems like every day someone says I am glowing or how good I look and what have I changed. I now feel that I CAN live a life I love

I was so overwhelmed I almost canceled. I didn't feel I could pause for 4-days and take time for myself. I'm so glad I didn't cancel.

Taking the time to come here, and slow-down, I now feel that I CAN live a life I love, in a body I love.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who is going so fast trying to give to the world and ignoring their own health to come, pause, be in this beautiful setting, with this beautiful teacher and learn to take good care of yourself.

I started super easy with this Move Toward Your Goal in the Rose Garden at Chico. The concept that Michelle continues to speak about, that of “no judgment” is more important than I realized. I can easily drop into a place of being shocked at how difficult it is for me to lift up the smallest weight while simultaneously lifting a leg. At 63, balance has become an issue for me. But, I stuck with the video, much as I was disappointed with my lack of balance/weakness. This was a short, doable workout and I think if I were to do it 4 to 5 times a week, I would see great improvement in my balance. I can do this! Thank you, Michelle, for your awesome videos and for your constant encouragement as you take us through these workouts and this program. I need this!
