When you notice your feels, accept them and have compassion for yourself you create an opening that allows you to move toward love and healing. Doing that helps your spirit evolve and expand. That is one reason you’re here.

The energy of your emotions stay stuck in your body.

Here are steps to release the emotion using the emotion code:

  1. Feel into your heart and ask your body what is the emotion that is stuck. It will be the first thing that comes to mind.
  2. Accept the emotion without making it right or wrong
  3. Take a magnet of your fingers and run them from your third eye to the base of your neck as you full accept the feeling in your body
  4. Rub your body’s energy from the top of your head to the earth
  5. See yourself as complete and whole just the way you are

This is a practice to do often and integrate your personality and your soul. You are evolving into a new spiritual being and helping heal the planet.

Food AS Love

Use food to love yourself and your body.

Have a probiotic first thing in the morning at least 20-minutes before breakfast and a 3-hours before meds.

Breakfast: Eat a good amount complex carbs and 1-2 tablespoons of good fat to give your body energy and clarity to start your morning.

Lunch: Eat a plan size amount complex carbs and quality protein for energy and to repair your tissue. Again, have 1-2 tablespoons of good fat for clarity.

4pm Snack: Have 1-2 table spoons of good fat and small amount of complex carbs for energy and clarity.

Dinner: Have a small amount of complex carbs, palm size amount of protein and 1 tablespoon or less of good fat. You are slowing down for the day.

After dinner snack: Have protein shake or palm size amount of protein to repair your tissue as you sleep.

If you get a sweet tooth, try desert teas. They are warm and satisfying.

Eat in a way that honors your body’s systems and allows you to live in a body you love.

Nature gratitude practice
Nature GratitudeDo a two-minute nature gratitude practice. Get into nature and notice all the things in nature that are around you and say, “You’re my favorite…”. Feel appreciation for what you are looking at. Nature AUTOMATICALLY increases your vibration.

Your goal is to allow your feelings to go and stay at a higher energy level and start to get used to it. Give yourself permission to feel good! Feeling good will lead you to wanting to do things that keep you feeling good which is what will release weight EASILY!

Practice this question
Ask daily:

"How can I give myself a break, have more compassion, love and forgiveness for myself and my life journey and honor myself today?"

Look at your food and notice the light and energy in it. Ask yourself:

"Is this food for my highest good? Will it leave me feeling good about myself and in my body?"

Look in the mirror and say:

“I Trust Our Journey.”

Let yourself feel this in your body.

Note: Ignore the things you don’t like about yourself and keep thinking of being a team player.

Shower Practice
Shower PracticeAs you wash in the shower be grateful for what your body has done for you. For instance, all the times your arms have hugged your loved ones, your hands have cooked meals, your legs have gotten on and off seats, your feet have climbed thousands of stairs and walk miles and miles during your life. Let it be a time of gratitude for what your body has and can do for you. ENJOY YOUR SHOWER! Let yourself Feel Good!
Daily Vibration
When you feel your old vibration sneak up, say…

“This is my addiction and I can slow this vibration down easily. Things are always changing. I give myself permission to give myself a break, relax and let it be okay to be okay.”

Now Relax =)

Nightly Journal
JournalIt’s VERY important to get into a high vibrational feeling before you go to bed so you will wake up there! Before you go to bed each night write or say out loud at least one to two things that happened in your day that you are grateful for.

Your goal is to go to bed in a feel-good emotional vibrational state so you wake up there!
