Who Are You?

If you were to finish the statement, “I am a” what would you say?

I am a…

  • Mother
  • Wife
  • Sister
  • Friend
  • Co-Worker
  • (Insert your career)
  • Woman who feelings normal with the feeling of struggling with her weight.

The word “Normal” is simply the vibration and chemicals your body has been used to feeling.

It is NOT the truth of you.

This conditioned feeling will always be apart of you and you can recognize it like an alcoholic recognizes when they are having a craving.

A recovering alcoholic sees themselves as someone who wants to drink and takes it one-day at a time and chooses not to drink.

You are someone who may want to put yourself down for your weight and want to throw-down a box of cookies and you choose to have compassion for the part of you that created that behavior and recognize it’s only a memorized pattern. Take is one-day, one-moment at a time and choose to be kind to yourself and for this one-day you choose not to eat the box of cookies.

Your journey is to explore a new way of being that is compassionate towards yourself and kind to your body.

 

Keys To Kindness

The keys to having kindness toward your body is to Awaken to your journey.

Keys to Kindess:

  • Get familiar with your feelings and emotions and don’t make them wrong
  • Ask yourself, “What age is this?”
  • From a 3rd person perspective see yourself being that age and have compassion for what you went through at that time
  • Let the emotional opening that comes from having compassion move you toward love and peace for yourself
  • Explore how that feels your body and make choices from that feeling

It is time to awaken to your life and fully accept all you’ve been through.

If you try and ignore your feelings, they only get louder and nothing changes.

It’s not a mistake you’ve gone through all you’ve gone through. This is the experience your soul wanted to go through to have an emotional transformation, which creates an evolution of itself and humanity.

When you heal and become a woman who used to be conditioned to the feeling of struggling with your weight not only do you change, but that change has a ripple effect and the people around you change.

Your healing, helps heal the planet and evolve our species.

Trust In Something Greater

Have you ever had an intuitive feeling to do something?

It happened when you signed-up for this program.

Where does the intuitive feeling come from?

It comes from a higher-power or consciousness knows your transformation toward love and peace with your body is the evolutionary process of humanity and all of consciousness.

This higher-power can be called, God, Source, the Universe or whatever you’d like.

Trust in this higher-power & your life will get a lot easier.

When you create a relationship with the consciousness that is around you your intuition will grow and you’ll find yourself seeing your life from a whole new perspective.

You’ll be in the right place at the right time and meet people who are on the same journey of expanding their awareness and awakening to who they are.

This week start talking to your higher-power. Tell it what your feeling and that you want this process to be easier. Ask it for help and follow your intuition. Your intuition is the connection and communication link to this higher-power.

Empty Space & Consciousness

There is a consciousness that is all around you.

It lives in the empty space that you think and see as empty.

The empty space around is filled with energy.

Joseph Campbell once said…

“There is enough energy in one-cubic meter of space to boil the all the oceans in the world.”

That is how powerful the space is that surrounds you.

This space feels the emotions you have. Nothing gets by it. You may think no one knows what your thinking but this consciousness does.

It doesn’t judge you at all.

It holds a love for you that being human you cannot comprehend.

The emotions you have emanate about 10-feet from your body into the empty space around you and that frequency brings back to you what you are emanating.

This week practice the keys of kindness from above and start to create a relationship with the higher-power around you.

Daily Transformation Action
Nature gratitude practice
Nature GratitudeDo a two-minute nature gratitude practice. Get into nature and notice all the things in nature that are around you and say, “You’re my favorite…”. Feel appreciation for what you are looking at. Nature AUTOMATICALLY increases your vibration.

Your goal is to allow your feelings to go and stay at a higher energy level and start to get used to it. Give yourself permission to feel good! Feeling good will lead you to wanting to do things that keep you feeling good which is what will release weight EASILY!

Practice this question
Ask daily:

"How can I give myself a break, have more compassion, love and forgiveness for myself and my life journey and honor myself today?"

Look at your food and notice the light and energy in it. Ask yourself:

"Is this food for my highest good? Will it leave me feeling good about myself and in my body?"

Mirror Practice

Look in the mirror and say:

“I Trust Our Journey.”

Let yourself feel this in your body.

Note: Ignore the things you don’t like about yourself and keep thinking of being a team player.

Shower Practice
Shower PracticeAs you wash in the shower be grateful for what your body has done for you. For instance, all the times your arms have hugged your loved ones, your hands have cooked meals, your legs have gotten on and off seats, your feet have climbed thousands of stairs and walk miles and miles during your life. Let it be a time of gratitude for what your body has and can do for you. ENJOY YOUR SHOWER! Let yourself Feel Good!
Daily Vibration
When you feel your old vibration sneak up, say…

“This is my addiction and I can slow this vibration down easily. Things are always changing. I give myself permission to give myself a break, relax and let it be okay to be okay.”

Now Relax =)

Nightly Journal
JournalIt’s VERY important to get into a high vibrational feeling before you go to bed so you will wake up there! Before you go to bed each night write or say out loud at least one to two things that happened in your day that you are grateful for.

Your goal is to go to bed in a feel-good emotional vibrational state so you wake up there!
