Refresher To Your Emotional Vibrational Addiction

You have between 70-100 trillion cells in your body. Every one of your cells has it’s own energy field, atoms, and systems.

When you feel a certain way, your cells create receptor sites for that particular emotional peptide being released by your brain.

In essence, your feelings are chemicals and your cells become addicted to them.

If you are conditioned to the feeling of struggling with your weight, your body feels normal struggling with your weight. Your body will send signals to your brain to think thoughts that cause the feeling of struggle and frustration to enter your body.

If you don’t understand this the key to years of weight loss challenges, you could go your entire life and never living in a body you love!

It’s Time For A Shift! 

You were born to have an emotional transformation around your weight and body image that moves you toward love and forgiveness of yourself and others.

It’s not a mistake you’re in the body your in or that you have the personality you have.

Everything you’ve ever been through has been set-up to give you an opportunity to choose love and forgiveness or not.

However, in order to choose, you must first understand where the emotional program is coming from. Otherwise, you’ll just be on the rollercoaster of weight loss and weight gain forever!

You need to go deeper and explore the person you’ve become from all the experiences and relationships you’ve had. Only then will you have the means to release your addiction to the feeling of struggling with your weight.

When you really understand who you’ve become because of what you’ve been through, then you can have compassion and understanding and move toward love.

Addiction Truth

The truth about emotional addiction is it never truly leaves your body.

You can lessen the emotional frequency and rarely feel it in your body and live at a higher frequency but the vibration that has kept you in a body you don’t love will always be part of your life.

It is supposed to be that way so you can learn compassion, love, and forgiveness for the one person who deserves it the most…YOU!

The event that created your weight and body image challenged has lived inside you for so long that your body knows it well and has believed that is who you are. That is NOT who you are. It is only a memorized emotional vibration that has come from an experience in your past.

Your Past Matters!

It’s not meant to be forgotten and ignored.

It’s meant to be a starting point of spiritual and emotional transformation.

When you are living in a body you love you will not be the same person reading this page.

You will be a more expanded version of yourself that loves, forgives and understands yourself and your past on a deeper level and your past will no longer affect you the way it does today.

Nature gratitude practice
Nature GratitudeDo a two-minute nature gratitude practice. Get into nature and notice all the things in nature that are around you and say, “You’re my favorite…”. Feel appreciation for what you are looking at. Nature AUTOMATICALLY increases your vibration.

Your goal is to allow your feelings to go and stay at a higher energy level and start to get used to it. Give yourself permission to feel good! Feeling good will lead you to wanting to do things that keep you feeling good which is what will release weight EASILY!

Daily Practices (Each takes less than 1-2 min)

Practice this question
Ask daily:

“How can I give myself a break, have more compassion, love and forgiveness for myself and my life journey and honor myself today?”

Look at your food and notice the light and energy in it. Ask yourself:

“Is this food for my highest good? Will it leave me feeling good about myself and in my body?”

Look in the mirror and say:

“I’m Excited To Be Your Team Player!”

Now feel yourself being a team player.

Note: Ignore the things you don’t like about yourself and keep thinking of being a team player.

Shower Practice
Shower PracticeAs you wash in the shower be grateful for what your body has done for you. For instance, all the times your arms have hugged your loved ones, your hands have cooked meals, your legs have gotten on and off seats, your feet have climbed thousands of stairs and walk miles and miles during your life. Let it be a time of gratitude for what your body has and can do for you. ENJOY YOUR SHOWER! Let yourself Feel Good!
Daily Vibration
When you feel your old vibration sneak up, say…

“This is my addiction and I can slow this vibration down easily. Things are always changing. I give myself permission to give myself a break, relax and let it be okay to be okay.”

Nightly Journal
JournalIt’s VERY important to get into a high vibrational feeling before you go to bed so you will wake up there! Before you go to bed each night write or say out loud at least one to two things that happened in your day that you are grateful for.

Your goal is to go to bed in a feel-good emotional vibrational state so you wake up there!
