When you have judgments about things you don’t like or you make yourself wrong for how you feel, you keep the pattern of what is alive and nothing changes.
When you notice the memorized thoughts or feelings and you let it be okay that you’re feeling that, you release resistance and can open to the change that you want.
Releasing resistance doesn’t mean that your thoughts and feelings are right. It means that they are part of your past and that’s okay.
Instead of following the thought and feeling simply notice it and acknowledge that you’re feeling it or thinking it.
Then, think of the emotional age of the thought or feeling.
What age were you when you first had those thoughts and feelings?
What was happening in your life?
Have compassion for that part of that is still with you and will never leave you.
The age of your emotional body is still running your life.
When you release resistance and open to exploring who you are you can bring in love, healing, compassion, and forgiveness into your life and body.
