Today is your first exercise practice! 😃
Remember, I teach in levels of three from beginner, intermediate to advanced.
If you are just starting off please stay with the beginner exercises. Don’t overdo it today.
If you cannot finish the workout, that’s okay. Simply pressing play and getting started is what matters!

THE INTENTION OF DAY 2:
The intention today is to tone and firm your back, abs, and legs, improve balance and posture, and burn body fat with H.I.I.T training (high-intensity interval training).
The affirmations in the practice below will leave you feeling strong, confident and knowing all is well in your life! Oh Yeah!
What You Need:
- Exercise mat or a couple of towels to lay on
Complete the following exercise practice.
