What to remember:

  • The food industry is not on your side
  • There are foods designed to cause an addiction that harm your body
  • Most disease starts in the gut
  • Keep your body in balance 3-ways: physically, emotionally, chemically
  • Detox at least once or twice a year.
  • Educate yourself

The foundation of your nutrition should nourish your body’s systems, leave you feeling energetic and at a healthy weight!

    The food pyramid was and is bought by the lobbyist whose goal is to sell their products and not based on what is actually good for your body!

What you need to know about water

Drink Water Throughout Your Day:

Ten reasons to drink water:

1. It’s 75% of your brain.

2. It regulates your body temp.

3. It keeps your skin looking young.

4. It protects your heart.

5. It helps you burn fat.

6. It prevents constipation.

7. It decreases fatigue.

8. It carries Oxygen to cells.

9. It flushes toxins out.

10. It helps control calorie intake. If you are thirsty, you’re already dehydrated. Keep a fun water bottle with and do your best!

The formula for how much water you need a day:

Your weight / 2 = # of ounces of water your body needs.

What Supplements Support Your Body Long-Term?

I highly recommended to include these supplements moving forward:

  • Probiotics each morning 20-30 minutes before breakfast
  • Digestive enzyme with each or most meals
  • Daily multi-vitamin
  • D3 if you do not get enough sunlight
  • B12 if you are vegan
  • Oxy powder use at least once a month 2-3 nights in a row. Preferably every other week to once a week.
  • Green protein shake for most breakfasts or as snack once s day
