The New Year is coming!

Are you considering going on another diet?

How many New Year’s have to come and go with you starting ANOTHER diet?

Don’t Do IT!

Diets will keep you struggling with your weight because they keep the emotional vibration that there is something wrong with you alive in your body.

If you have ever felt…

  • Like there is something wrong with you
  • Embarrassed, ashamed, guilty or frustrated about your body
  • Like NOTHING you do makes a difference with your weight
  • Lost when it comes to how to lose weight and keep it off

Tip #1: If you’ve been struggling with your weight most of your life, you are emotionally addicted/conditioned to the FEELING of struggling with your weight. It feels normal for you to struggle.

Tip #2: The over 70-trillion cells in your body are conscious and will actually send signals to your brain to think thoughts that release the feeling of frustration and disappointment that you’re STILL overweight because that is what your cells are addicted to.

Tip #3: One of the first things to do is to have Compassion for YOURSELF. There is a transformational experience you’re meant to go through in this life and the traumas you’ve been through are NOT a mistake. Your soul deserves your compassion for what you’ve experienced.

This leads me to tip #4…

Fully Accept Your Emotions and Behaviors!

OMG!

Did I just say, “Fully accept your emotions and behaviors”?

Yep…I said that!

Why is that important?

Because you can’t do ANYTHING about them!

If you’ve been struggling with your weight for a VERY long time, you have been constantly making yourself wrong for the things you do and when you FULLY Accept how you feel you actually create an opening in your heart for something new to show up.

It’s Awesome!

Try this…

  • Put your hands on your heart and feel into the emotions that come up around your weight
  • Whatever you feel tell that emotion that it is COMPLETELY Welcomed to be in your body. (Yes, Welcomed in your body!)
  • Take 3-deep breathes and welcome the emotion(s) even more with each breath
  • Next, check-in with the feeling. How does it feel?

Does your heart feel a bit lighter?

It should.

You Just Stopped Fighting With Yourself & Opened To The Authentic Part Of You! YES!

You welcomed how you feel and stopped making yourself wrong for it.

Now you have an opening for something new to show up. =)
