Cleansing your body regularly is CRUCIAL to creating a healthy environment that naturally releases weight.
Toxins come into the body from the food you eat, the air you breathe, the water you drink, lotions & soaps you put on your skin and the chemicals you use throughout your day.
The liver and kidneys do their best to detox the body and when they are overloaded toxins get stored in these and other organs and belly fat.
