3 Keys That Inspire You To Get Fit!
Have you ever said:
- “I’m too busy to workout.”
- “I’ll workout it tomorrow.”
- “OMG! My exercise program has started and I’m late. I’ll skip it.”
It’s not hard to think of reasons NOT to exercise.
I mean working out doesn’t make you money or ensure your house will be cleaned, or your kids are taken care of…so why do it?
Something you should know..
Most people who don’t exercise regularly experience the following:
- Easily fatigued
- Feel Weak
- Have poor posture, balance, and flexibility
- Low Self-Esteem
- Digestive issues
Exercise does more for your body than firm and tone.
Exercise gives you…
- More Energy
- More Self-confidence
- Better clarity and memory
- Better posture, flexibility, and strength
- Better ability to better deal with stress
- Better quality of life as you age
- And so much more!
The list is long of what exercise does for your body and quality of life!

|KNOW THE REASON(S) YOU WANT TO GET FIT|
Like I said earlier, you don’t “have” to workout! Nothing and no-one is forcing you to get in shape.
Yet, you’re wanting to get fit…why?
What will you have that you don’t have now when you are fit?
See the picture in your head of what working out will give you.
Here are some examples:
I want to be fit so I can…
- Keep up with my family when we go on hikes. I don’t want to be the last one up the hill!
- Feel good making love to my husband with the lights on!
- Have the energy to play with my grandkids!
- Feel confident about my body wherever I go!
When you know the reason why you want to be fit that will pull you out of bed to do your exercise practices!
This is why brides are so inspired to get fit and lose weight!
I once had a bride in my detox program who released 5″ inches in 6-weeks!
Brides see themselves walking down the aisle and they know they want to look their best. They see the picture and know the feeling they want to have.
You don’t have to be a bride to get excited about exercising. You just have to play a game with your thoughts and instead of thinking about what you don’t like about working out or how you don’t have the time, think of the feeling and situation you want that being fit will give you and get excited to have that!

When you know the reason why you want to workout, exercising then becomes EXCITING! Excitement is an emotional vibration in your body and that feeling will elevate your energy and inspire you to Get Fit!
You can do this and the best part is it can be FUN!
|KNOW YOUR BODY TYPE|
There are 3-body types and each trains differently.
If you build muscle easily, you have a mesomorph type body and can train to have any figure you want. You drew the long straw when it comes to body types.
If you are lean and small framed, you have an ectomorph type body and can train to build muscle or stay lean.
If you tend to gain weight easily and struggle to release it, you probably have an endomorph type body. Don’t be too frustrated. There are ways you can release weight and keep it off. However, most endomorphs do the WRONG workouts for their body type and never get the results they want!
Get inspired to workout by knowing your body type.

Knowledge is power and if you’re wanting to get fit, you must know what type of body you have and what exercises are the best to do for you or you may never get the results you want!
This last key is really the kicker!
Be accountable to someone or make it a game you play with yourself.
It’s as simple as setting a goal of the number of workouts you want to complete in a month. Then, circled the days you’re going to workout on a calendar and when you finish a workout put an X through the circle. At the end of the month celebrate if you met your goal and reset it for the next month. Put the calendar somewhere you’ll see it.
You can even wear a rubber band around your wrist or something you don’t normally wear so when you feel or see it it will remind of the reason why you want to workout.
INSIGHT: The rubber band will not remind to workout. It will remind you WHY you want to workout. That’s from key #1. That is crucial to remember.
So many women try and motivate themselves to do something they don’t want to do. That will NEVER work!
